Get yourself a copy paper, a piece of colored chalk and coloring materials aka crayons. Tape your sheet on a table so that it would stay in place during the activity, and put the chalk at the middle of the paper. It would also help to relax and listen to soothing music before the session.
When you’re ready, sit down, grab your chalk, close your eyes, and start scribbling. Do this for less than a minute. As you open your eyes, examine your artwork for shapes from different angles. Color your artwork with the crayons you prepared earlier and make an assessment.
Think of a title that would best fit your masterpiece. Then, check if it looks like it has something to say or a story to share. Contemplate on the artwork a few minutes, and write your thoughts in a journal.
